Prior to joining Orix in 2014, Michaela worked for Transition Metals Corp. on exploration projects in Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Nunavut. Michaela’s strong business leadership skills help her play a key role in business development at Orix. She earned her B.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University and is a 2007 Loran Scholar from the Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation.

Michaela has also been part of Girl Guides for 17 years.
