Mackenzie Koziuk

Geologist

Mackenzie joined the Winnipeg office in 2024, bringing valuable experience in gold and lithium projects. Her expertise spans exploration, detailed mapping, core logging, biogeochemical sampling, data analysis, and technical report writing. During her first exploration season, she rediscovered a historic showing that became a drill target, returning grades of up to 8.82 g/t Au. She later led grade control at the Tanco Mine, home to the world-renowned LCT pegmatite where she also served as Geology Department Supervisor. Mackenzie holds a B.Sc. (Major) in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba and is a registered G.I.T. in Manitoba. She currently serves as the Chair of Women in Mining – Manitoba Chapter.

Mackenzie also enjoys various DIY projects.
