Project Geologist - Structural Geology

Ali joined the Sudbury office in 2015. His 17 years’ of experience in Iran and Ontario is predominantly on structural and geological mapping, identifying structural controls on ore deposits. His expertise focuses on hydrothermal deposits at regional and deposit scales and geometric-kinematic analysis of faults and shear zones, as well as geological-structural interpretations using airborne magnetic surveys. Ali earned a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Birjand, Iran and an M.Sc. in Structural Geology from Shahid Beheshti University, Iran.

Ali also likes to rock a costume and makes a fantastic eggplant dish.
